EKIP \u2013 Les Equipementiers du Go\u00fbt \u2013 y a officialis\u00e9 le renforcement de son engagement dans les travaux de normalisation.<\/p><p>Pour la commission UNM 28 <em>Equipements agro-alimentaires &#8211; Pr\u00e9paration et conditionnement<\/em>, cet investissement apporte un nouvel \u00e9lan et davantage d\u2019expertise au service du secteur.<\/p><p>Cette dynamique permettra :<\/p><ul><li>d&#8217;influencer les futures normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines de boulangerie, au niveau europ\u00e9en et international ;<\/li><li>de consolider la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des fabricants fran\u00e7ais en d\u00e9fendant leurs positions et leur savoir\u2011faire ;<\/li><li>de valoriser l\u2019innovation, notamment dans le domaine cl\u00e9 de la mesure de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des fours.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette orientation intervient au moment o\u00f9 l\u2019UNM publie un guide in\u00e9dit pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie des fours de boulangerie, rappelant que la cuisson repr\u00e9sente jusqu\u2019\u00e0 65 % de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u2019un fournil.
