Pour aider les artisans boulangers \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie et \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser leurs co\u00fbts de production, un guide a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 ; il pr\u00e9sente les bonnes pratiques permettant de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019utilisation du four.<\/p><h5>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez <a href=\"https:\/\/unm.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Guide-pour-un-four-a-sole_sircom_2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le Guide d\u2019optimisation de la gestion des fours<\/a> d\u00e8s maintenant\u00a0!<\/h5><p>Ce document est le fruit d\u2019un travail collaboratif sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019Union de la normalisation de la m\u00e9canique, en partenariat avec la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale la boulangerie et Boulangerie-P\u00e2tisserie Fran\u00e7aise (CNBP), plusieurs fabricants de fours fran\u00e7ais, Bongard, <a href=\"https:\/\/unm.fr\/actualite\/performance-energetique-le-four-francais-de-boulangerie-contre-attaque\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eurofours<\/a>, Map Fours et Fours Fringand, l\u2019Association M\u00e9canique Industrielle et Constructions Sp\u00e9ciales (AMICS), le Centre technique des industries m\u00e9caniques (Cetim) et l\u2019ONIRIS. Il a re\u00e7u le soutien du Minist\u00e8re des Petites et moyennes entreprises, du Commerce, de l\u2019Artisanat, du Tourisme et du Pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/p><p>La publication de ce guide est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d\u2019un plan d\u2019action plus global : les partenaires de la fili\u00e8re travaillent actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un protocole de mesure de la consommation des fours de boulangerie \u00e0 soles \u00e9lectriques.
