Les normes europ\u00e9ennes actuelles (EN 305, EN 306 et EN 308) \u00e9tant jug\u00e9es insuffisamment d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pour encadrer ces essais, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une norme europ\u00e9enne adapt\u00e9e s\u2019est impos\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Sous l\u2019impulsion de M. Lancial (EDF), les travaux ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 \u00e0 la mi-2022, apr\u00e8s consultation des parties prenantes issues de divers secteurs industriels (nucl\u00e9aire, agroalimentaire, bio\u00e9nergies, chimie, p\u00e9trole). En un an, la norme NF E 38-334 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e par la commission UNM 17.<\/p><p>En octobre 2023, les experts fran\u00e7ais ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la norme fran\u00e7aise, traduite en anglais, lors de la r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du comit\u00e9 europ\u00e9en. G\u00e9raud Philippon, animateur du groupe, a propos\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper une norme europ\u00e9enne sur cette base. Des experts de plusieurs pays (Belgique, France, Italie, Su\u00e8de) ont collabor\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du projet, en y int\u00e9grant des am\u00e9liorations suppl\u00e9mentaires, notamment sur :<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0Les \u00e9changeurs \u00e0 tubes et calandre.<\/li><li>L\u2019ajustement des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques.<\/li><li>Les points de mesure.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs r\u00e9unions entre juin 2024 et mars 2025, le projet de norme EN 18208 <em>\u00c9changeurs monophasiques liquide\/liquide \u2013 Proc\u00e9dure d\u2019essai pour la d\u00e9termination de la performance<\/em> est finalis\u00e9. Il sera soumis \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate CEN le 17 juillet 2025.
