{"id":59182,"date":"2023-02-08T17:07:37","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T16:07:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unm.fr\/?p=59182"},"modified":"2024-08-08T09:26:12","modified_gmt":"2024-08-08T07:26:12","slug":"nf-e-35-421-methode-dessai-des-materiels-de-recuperation-de-recyclage-et-de-regeneration-des-fluides-frigorigenes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unm.fr\/en\/standards-of-the-month\/nf-e-35-421-methode-dessai-des-materiels-de-recuperation-de-recyclage-et-de-regeneration-des-fluides-frigorigenes\/","title":{"rendered":"NF E 35-421 M\u00e9thode d&#8217;essai des mat\u00e9riels de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, de recyclage et de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des fluides frigorig\u00e8nes"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"59182\" class=\"elementor elementor-59182\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8ed732 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a8ed732\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-955e53c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"955e53c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les experts de la commission UNM 16 ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision de la NF E 35-421 d\u00e8s l&#8217;issue de son examen de validit\u00e9 fin 2021.\u00a0 Cette norme pr\u00e9sente la particularit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00eatre cit\u00e9e notamment dans l&#8217;Arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 30 juin 2008 relatif \u00e0 la d\u00e9livrance des attestations de capacit\u00e9 aux op\u00e9rateurs pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 l&#8217;article R. 543-99 du code de l&#8217;environnement, ce qui en fait une norme d&#8217;application obligatoire.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9vision a principalement port\u00e9 sur :<\/p><ul><li>une mise \u00e0 jour du lien avec le R\u00e8glement (UE) N\u00b0 517\/2014 du Parlement Europ\u00e9en et du Conseil du 16 avril 2014 relatif aux gaz \u00e0 effet de serre fluor\u00e9s;<\/li><li>une actualisation des donn\u00e9es relatives aux fluides frigorig\u00e8nes (voir l&#8217;Annexe A sur l&#8217;\u00e9chantillon-type de fluide frigorig\u00e8ne pur).<\/li><\/ul><p>Les experts ont convenu de reprendre les d\u00e9finitions et valeurs indiqu\u00e9es dans la norme NF EN 378-1+A1:2020 <em>\u00ab\u00a0Syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration et pompes \u00e0 chaleur \u2014 Exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019environnement \u2014 Partie 1 : Exigences de base, d\u00e9finitions, classification et crit\u00e8res de choix\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p><p>La nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme est disponible depuis d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p><h2>Norme d&#8217;application obligatoire : qu\u00e8saco ?<\/h2><p><em>Une norme est rendue d&#8217;application obligatoire par arr\u00eat\u00e9 sign\u00e9 du ministre charg\u00e9 de l\u2019industrie et du ou des ministres int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. La grande majorit\u00e9 des normes sont d&#8217;application volontaire (99%), mais il existe certains cas o\u00f9 l\u2019application obligatoire d\u2019une norme est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la norme dans un texte r\u00e9glementaire comme moyen unique de satisfaire aux exigences du texte.
