Pourtant, par rapport aux roulements dits conventionnels, les roulements hybrides (acier\/c\u00e9ramique) pr\u00e9sentent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s qui les rendent plus performants (vitesse plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration plus forte, rigidit\u00e9 accrue, probl\u00e9matique conductivit\u00e9 r\u00e9solue, etc.). C&#8217;est la raison pour laquelle la nouvelle norme NF ISO 19843 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e. Elle d\u00e9crit une m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9termination de la r\u00e9sistance des billes rainur\u00e9es en c\u00e9ramique de diam\u00e8tre compris entre 3 et 50 mm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La m\u00e9thode s&#8217;applique au d\u00e9veloppement de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et mat\u00e9riaux, \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance qualit\u00e9, \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation et \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux, ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 la d\u00e9termination des param\u00e8tres de conception. La r\u00e9sistance mesur\u00e9e est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e dans les conditions de comportement \u00e9lastique lin\u00e9aire du mat\u00e9riau (relation contrainte\/d\u00e9formation) et de comportement homog\u00e8ne et isotrope du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette m\u00e9thode est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre dans un laboratoire disposant d&#8217;\u00e9quipements de traitement, d&#8217;appareils de mesure et de machines d&#8217;essais d&#8217;une grande pr\u00e9cision.
