The legal basis for processing is the user&#8217;s consent for data collected through forms and the performance of a contract for access to the Standards Monitoring website.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What is the purpose of the data processing?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The processing activities are intended to:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Respond to requests submitted through the contact form;<\/li><li>Send newsletters to subscribed individuals;<\/li><li>Organize webinars and events;<\/li><li>Manage prospecting and business development activities;<\/li><li>Provide access to the Standards Monitoring website;<\/li><li>Monitor connection and usage statistics.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What data is collected and processed?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data collected includes:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>First name;<\/li><li>Last name;<\/li><li>Email address;<\/li><li>Organization;<\/li><li>Telephone number;<\/li><li>Job position;<\/li><li>Areas of interest related to standardization.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms is mandatory. If this information is not provided, the submitted data will neither be transmitted nor retained by UNM. Consequently, registration for a webinar, event, or newsletter, submission of the contact form, or access to the Standards Monitoring website will not be possible.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Who can access the collected data?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The collected data will be communicated internally to the relevant UNM departments (Communication Department, UNM Solutions). The data is hosted and processed by technical service providers that offer appropriate guarantees regarding security and GDPR compliance.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>How long is the data retained?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data is retained only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was provided.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data will be retained for the duration of the user&#8217;s subscription to the requested UNM service.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For users who are not registered with a UNM standardization committee, the data will be deleted three (3) years after the last contact initiated by the user, or following their unsubscription without re-subscribing to the newsletter.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For users who are registered with a UNM standardization committee, the data will be retained for the entire duration of their participation in standardization activities and for up to eleven (11) years after their withdrawal from all UNM standardization committees.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What are your rights and how can you exercise them?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For any questions regarding the protection of your personal data or to exercise your rights, you may contact the UNM Data Protection Officer (DPO) at:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>c.bourillon@unm.fr<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more information about your rights, please visit the website of the French Data Protection Authority (<strong>CNIL<\/strong>) at <strong>cnil.fr<\/strong>.
